How we collect and use information on this site, what tracking runs here, and the terms that apply to using it. Written in plain English, because a policy nobody can read protects nobody.
What you give us. When you fill in a form, book a call or email us, we collect what you send: your name, email address, company, phone number if you provide one, and the content of your message.
What your browser sends. Standard technical data: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you stay, and the page that referred you.
Marketing identifiers. If you arrive from an ad or a campaign link, the URL may carry identifiers such as UTM parameters and platform click IDs (for example Google's gclid or LinkedIn's li_fat_id). We store these alongside your enquiry so we can tell which marketing actually produced a conversation. This is the same click-to-CRM measurement we build for clients, and we run it on ourselves.
We use this information to reply to you and deliver the work you engage us for; to understand which pages and channels are working; to send you things you asked for; and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers as a product.
This site uses cookies and similar technologies in three categories. Essential ones make the site work and cannot be switched off. Analytics cookies tell us how the site is used in aggregate. Advertising cookies let us measure whether an ad led to an enquiry, and show relevant ads to people who have visited.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics specifically using Google's browser opt-out add-on. Blocking cookies will not stop you using this site.
We use third-party services to run the site and our business. Each one only receives what it needs, and only to provide its service to us. These currently include our website host, our analytics and advertising platforms, our CRM, our scheduling tool and our email provider.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to enforce our agreements, or as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case it would transfer with the business.
The above describes this website. When you engage us for services, we often handle data belonging to your business and your customers. In that relationship you are the controller and we act as a processor on your instructions, under the terms of our engagement agreement. A data processing addendum is available on request.
We keep enquiry and client records for as long as we need them for the purpose they were collected, and afterwards only as long as required for legal, tax and record-keeping obligations. Aggregated or anonymised data that cannot identify you may be kept indefinitely.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy, object to or restrict how we use it, withdraw consent you previously gave, or complain to your data protection authority. Residents of certain US states have equivalent rights, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information in our control. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security of anything transmitted to us.
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
The writing, frameworks and diagrams on this site, including the Growth-Origin Model, are ours and are published so you can evaluate how we think. You are welcome to read, quote and share them with attribution. You may not republish them as your own or resell them.
Everything here is provided for information. The figures in our case examples describe what happened in specific engagements and are not a promise of similar results in yours. Where a figure is projected rather than booked, we label it as projected. Nothing on this site is legal, financial or tax advice.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site. Any engagement between us is governed by the agreement we sign, which takes precedence over this page.
We link to other sites where they are useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
